REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be courteous to us and other customers by notifying us as soon as you need to cancel. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, then you can receive a refund minus a $5 service charge, or you can receive a studio credit for the full amount of your reservation. If you cancel by calling and leaving a voicemail between 1 and 48 hours in advance, then you will receive a studio credit. If you do not cancel and do not show up, then you may not receive a refund or credit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, then you may not be allowed to paint and will not receive a refund or credit.
